Philippe Daney

Philippe Daney, DPLG, is a licensed architect in France. He co-founded the architectural firm Tebong (now operating as Tebong Italia) with Pascal Bauer in 1986. Tebong’s work has been exhibited in high-profile museums worldwide – in Paris, Montreal, New York, Oslo, Tel Aviv, Hiroshima, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Athens, Barcelona, Cologne and many more cities. Philippe Daney currently divides his time between his work as designer for Roset and a group of small firms, and as teacher and artistic director for French and European organizations. In July 2008, Philippe Daney’s contribution to the arts in France was honored when he was awarded the Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres medal by then Minister for Culture Christine Albanel.
