Light is fascinating. You can have the most beautiful piece of furniture, a very soft couch, but if the lighting is not good, you will not be seated comfortably.
Biography
All that surrounds Jette Scheib inspires her in her creations: the forms of nature, everything organic and people. As an observer, she scrutinizes objects and individuals and the interaction created between them. Then, she applies her intuition and desire to imagine... functional objects which have a real personality, with the power to create well-being around them.
After having created her studio in Germany, she graduated in industrial design from the University of Arts (Berlin) and settled in Barcelona, where she lives today. She develops products for international companies specializing in home accessories and lighting.
